About the Opportunity
ValueLabs is hiring experienced In-house Lawyers for its Hyderabad office. The role is suited for hands-on legal professionals with strong experience in IT and technology companies, particularly in handling technology contracts and corporate legal matters. Immediate joiners or candidates with short notice periods are preferred.
Eligibility Criteria
- 2 to 10 years of in-house legal experience in IT and technology companies
- Strong practical exposure to IT services contracts, SaaS, and licensing
- Experience in advising on HR, IP, data privacy, internal policies, and corporate legal matters (expected for candidates with 5+ years experience)
- Ability to independently manage, negotiate, and close contracts end-to-end
- Candidates with purely LPO, legal operations, law firm, litigation backgrounds, or practicing advocates are not preferred for this role
Nature of Work / Responsibilities
- Handling IT services contracts, SaaS agreements, and licensing matters
- Advising on HR, intellectual property, data privacy, and internal policies
- Managing corporate legal and compliance-related matters
- Negotiating and closing contracts independently
- Supporting internal teams on legal and governance requirements
