About the Internship
Legal Zems is inviting applications for a Remote Legal Internship Programme for law students seeking practical exposure to litigation-based legal work. This one-month internship is designed to provide hands-on experience in legal research, drafting, and case analysis, with immediate joining preferred.
Eligibility Criteria
- Students pursuing 3-Year or 5-Year LL.B.
- Basic knowledge of procedural laws such as CPC, BNSS, and Family Law preferred
- Good legal research, drafting, and communication skills
Professional attitude, discipline, and commitment towards assigned work
Nature of Work / Responsibilities
- Conducting legal research on statutes, judgments, and procedural laws
- Providing drafting support for pleadings, applications, notices, and briefs
- Preparing case briefs, summaries, and documentation
- Assisting counsel in case analysis and legal documentation
- Occasional court visits, if required, strictly for assisting counsel and case briefing
