About the Traineeship
Insight Direct India Pvt Ltd is inviting applications from law graduates for a six-month In-House Legal Traineeship. This hybrid role offers structured exposure to corporate law, compliance, and legal operations within a global technology-driven organization.
Position Details
- Role: In-House Legal Trainee
- Mode: Hybrid
- Duration: 6 Months
- Stipend: ₹15,000 per month
Eligibility Criteria
- BBA LL.B. / BA LL.B. / LL.B. graduates
Nature of Work / Responsibilities
- Conduct legal research on privacy laws, labour codes, and regulatory updates
- Assist in reviewing, drafting, and revising commercial contracts and internal agreements
- Support company secretarial work, including board and committee meeting documentation
- Maintain and manage legal documentation, trackers, and compliance records
- Assist in reviewing internal policies and updating compliance frameworks
- Coordinate with cross-functional teams for due diligence and data collection
- Prepare legal summaries, briefing notes, and compliance reports
- Support management of vendor agreements, NDAs, and procurement-related documentation
