About the Opportunity
The Chambers is inviting applications for the position of Associate (0–2 Years PQE). The role involves drafting, filing, legal research, and court appearances across multiple forums in Delhi.
Eligibility Criteria
- LL.B. degree from a recognised university with a strong academic record
- Strong command over the English language with the ability to draft complex legal arguments and prepare case briefs
- Good understanding of constitutional, administrative, and procedural laws
- Proficiency in MS Office, PDF editing tools, and general computer usage
- Excellent legal research skills with familiarity with platforms like SCC Online, Indian Kanoon, etc.
- Prior experience in independent case management and drafting SLPs, Writ Petitions, Written Submissions, Rejoinders, Counter Affidavits, etc. will be preferred
Nature of Work / Responsibilities
- Drafting and filing pleadings and legal documents
- Conducting legal research and preparing case briefs
- Appearing before the Supreme Court, Delhi High Court, and other forums
- Managing litigation matters and coordinating case preparation
- Assisting in constitutional, administrative, and procedural law matters
