About the Internship
Mace Corporate Associates is inviting applications for the position of Intern – IP Team.This is an on-site and paid internship, offering hands-on exposure to trademark prosecution, litigation support, and IP advisory work.
Eligibility Criteria
Applicants must be final-year law students or recent law graduates and should possess:
- Strong interest in Intellectual Property Laws
- In-depth knowledge of Trademark searches and drafting of Trademark opinions
- Working knowledge of Trademark filings, prosecution, oppositions, and renewals
- Experience in drafting and handling both contentious and non-contentious trademark documents, including:
- Replies to Examination Reports
- Notices of Opposition
- Counter Statements
- Cancellation and Rectification petitions
- Evidence Affidavits
- Experience in drafting legal notices and replies
- Knowledge of e-legal portals (mandatory)
- Knowledge of AI applications will be an added advantage
