About the Internship
NAYAN is inviting applications for a Paid Legal Internship in the areas of Corporate Law, Compliance, and Intellectual Property Rights (IPR). The internship is designed for candidates who are keen to gain hands-on experience in drafting, research, and day-to-day legal operations.
Eligibility Criteria
- Final-year students of an undergraduate law programme or LLB graduates
- Strong research and analytical skills
- Interest in corporate law, compliance, drafting, and legal research
- Good drafting and communication skills
- Strong written and verbal English proficiency
Nature of Work / Responsibilities
- Legal research and drafting
- Assisting in drafting legal documents and preparing case summaries
- Supporting compliance-related documentation
- Assisting in legal analysis and day-to-day legal work
- Providing support in filings and internal legal processes
