About the Role
The selected professional will be part of UBR Legal’s indirect tax team and will work on GST, customs, and other indirect tax litigation and advisory matters, including representation before authorities and preparation of legal submissions.
Key Responsibilities
- Handling indirect tax litigation before departmental authorities, tribunals, and appellate forums
- Drafting appeals, replies, submissions, and advisory opinions
- Advising clients on GST, Customs, and other indirect tax laws
- Assisting in tax compliance, audits, and dispute resolution
- Researching changes in indirect tax law and judicial precedents
Who Should Apply
- Professionals with LLB / CA / CS qualification
- 2–5 years of experience in GST, customs, or indirect tax matters
- Strong drafting, research, and analytical skills
- Interest in litigation and advisory work
