Key Responsibilities
- Assisting in transaction structuring and execution
- Drafting and negotiating transaction documents
- Conducting and managing legal due diligence
- Advising on corporate governance and regulatory compliance
- Working closely with senior associates and partners on complex mandates
Eligibility Criteria
- 2–4 years PQE in General Corporate / M&A / PE-VC
- Prior experience with Tier-1 law firms is preferred
- Strong drafting, analytical, and transaction management skills
- Ability to handle multiple matters in a fast-paced environment
