Position Details
- Position: Trademark Paralegal
- Location: South Delhi
- Qualification: Any Graduate / Law Graduate (preferred)
- Experience (PQE): 2–3 Years
Job Profile / Responsibilities
- Assist attorneys in trademark prosecution and maintenance
- Prepare, file, and manage trademark applications, renewals, and recordals
- Maintain and update trademark databases, docketing systems, and client portfolios
- Monitor deadlines, office actions, and trademark-related correspondence
- Conduct preliminary trademark searches and assist in clearance reports
- Draft routine trademark documents, reports, and client correspondence
- Organize and manage trademark files as per firm protocols
- Coordinate with clients, agents, and authorities on trademark matters
- Assist in preparation of documents and evidence for hearings (if applicable)
Key Skills & Competencies
- Self-motivated, proactive, and detail-oriented with strong follow-up skills
- Good understanding of trademark laws, procedures, and filings
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and trademark management tools
- Excellent organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple deadlines
- Strong written and verbal communication skills
