About the Opportunity
We are looking for a detail-oriented Trademark Paralegal with 3–5 years of experience to join our team in New Delhi. This role involves end-to-end support in trademark prosecution and enforcement, coordination with authorities, and portfolio management.
Experience Required
- 3–5 years of relevant experience in Trademark work
Key Responsibilities
- Preparing and vetting covering letters, pleadings, and statutory filings
- Liaising with the Trademarks and Copyright Office and maintaining professional rapport with Registry officials
- Coordinating with domestic and international associates, counsels, and clients
- Monitoring and managing statutory deadlines, including docketing and follow-ups
- Handling, organising, and maintaining trademark prosecution and enforcement documents
- Managing documentation and filings across multiple client portfolios
Location
New Delhi
Ideal Candidate Profile
- Proficiency in MS Office (Word, Excel, Outlook) and Adobe PDF
- Strong command over written and spoken English
- Good communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work efficiently in a deadline-driven, detail-oriented legal environment
