About the Opportunity:
Sajad Kichloo, Member of Parliament (Rajya Sabha) and former Minister of State for Home Affairs, Jammu & Kashmir, is inviting applications for Research Interns for the upcoming Budget Session of Parliament.
This internship offers a unique opportunity to gain firsthand exposure to parliamentary functioning, legislative research, and national policy-making during one of the most significant sessions of the year.
Internship Details:
- Duration: During the Budget Session
- Mode: Hybrid / Remote (as per requirements)
Roles & Responsibilities:
- Assist in policy and legislative research, with a special focus on the Union Budget, public finance, and socio-economic issues
- Prepare research notes, briefs, and background material for parliamentary questions, debates, and interventions
- Support in drafting speeches, talking points, and policy summaries
- Contribute to communication content, including press notes and social media inputs
- Track key developments in Parliament and relevant ministries during the session
