About the Internship:
ADS Legal is inviting applications for physical internships for the months of January and February 2026. The firm is looking for enthusiastic and motivated final-year law students to join its team at the New Delhi office and gain hands-on litigation experience across various forums.
Internship Details:
Mode: Physical (In-office)
Location: New Delhi
Duration: Minimum 1 Month
Internship Period: January / February 2026
Eligibility Criteria:
- 5th year students from a BA LL.B. (5-year course)
- 3rd year students from the LL.B. (3-year course)
- Ability to commit to a minimum internship duration of one month
Responsibilities:
- Assisting in drafting and preparation of petitions and appeals across various forums
- Supporting case filings before different courts and tribunals
- Conducting legal research based on assigned matters
- Participating in visits to the Supreme Court, High Court, and tribunals
- Assisting in preparation of briefing notes
- Undertaking additional tasks assigned by partners and associates
