About the Internship:
The Office of Senior Advocate Dr. Adish C. Aggarwala is inviting applications for legal internships for the month of December 2025 and the upcoming months. This internship offers valuable exposure to litigation before the Supreme Court of India, with a strong focus on legal research and drafting under the guidance of a Senior Advocate.
Internship Details:
Mode: Physical
Location: 209, C.K. Daphtary Lawyers’ Chambers, Supreme Court, New Delhi
Duration: 4 Weeks
Eligibility Criteria:
(i) Applicants must be in the final year of their undergraduate law program or should have completed an LL.B.
(ii) Excellent research and analytical skills.
(iii) Strong interest in litigation, drafting, and legal research.
(iv) Strong research, drafting, and communication skills.
(v) Primary inclination towards research and drafting of pleadings, notices, contracts, and legal opinions.
Responsibilities:
(i) Researching and drafting legal representations.
(ii) Assisting with legal research and analysis, drafting legal documents, and preparing case summaries.
(iii) Attending court hearings and client meetings.
(iv) Assisting in legal research, drafting, and case preparation.
(v) Supporting documentation, filings, and compliance-related work.
