About the Opportunity:
DSA Legal is expanding its Litigation Team and inviting applications from talented and experienced lawyers who are keen to work on diverse litigation matters and build long-term careers with the firm.
Position:
Associate – Litigation
Experience: 1–3 years PQE
Qualification: LL.B. / LL.M.
Location:
Head Office – B1/E9, First Floor, Mohan Cooperative Industrial Estate, New Delhi – 110044
Eligibility Criteria:
- LL.B. / LL.M. with 1–3 years of post-qualification experience
- Strong interest and experience in litigation
- Good drafting, research and court appearance skills
- Ability to manage case files, timelines and coordinate with multiple stakeholders
- Professional attitude, teamwork, and client-handling skills
Responsibilities:
- Draft pleadings, contracts, and other legal documents
- Appear in courts across varied litigation matters
- Conduct solid legal research and stay updated with relevant laws
- Maintain organised case files and ensure compliance with procedures and deadlines
- Support Partners and Senior Associates in ongoing matters
- Coordinate with the firm’s pan-India network of lawyers
- Build and maintain strong client relationships
