Budhiraja & Associates, a 23-year-old law firm with multiple branches across the NCR, is inviting applications for Advocates and Draftsmen (Banking Work) across its Delhi and Gurgaon offices.
1. Advocates – 3 Positions
- Delhi Office: 2 Positions
- Gurgaon Office: 1 Position
Eligibility Criteria:
(i) 1–2 years of experience in court appearances.
(ii) Strong drafting and research skills.
(iii) Experience handling matters in Lower Courts and High Court.
(iv) Good command over pleadings, case management, and legal analysis.
Salary: As per industry norms.
2. Draftsman – Banking Work (2 Positions)
- Delhi Office: 1 Position
- Gurgaon Office: 1 Position
Eligibility Criteria:
(i) Experience in banking-related drafting and documentation.
(ii) Familiarity with loan documents, SARFAESI drafting, notices, recovery-related paperwork, etc.
(iii) Strong attention to detail and ability to work with banking clients.
