A well-reputed pan-India law firm is hiring Corporate Lawyers with strong experience in commercial contract work, transactional documentation, and corporate advisory.

Corporate Lawyer
Experience: 1–3 Years PQE

Hyderabad
Eligibility Criteria:
(i) Candidates must have strong knowledge of drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial contracts including:
- NDAs
- Vendor agreements
- Service agreements
- Shareholder documents
(ii) Experience in Private Equity (PE) / Venture Capital (VC) transactions will be preferred.
(iii) Strong communication, negotiation and analytical skills.
Responsibilities:
- Drafting, reviewing and negotiating commercial contracts.
- Assisting in PE/VC transactions where applicable.
- Coordinating with clients and internal teams for deal requirements.
- Ensuring legal compliance and risk mitigation in documentation.
