About the Opportunity:
Applications are invited for the position of Associate (Litigation) for candidates with 1–5 years of post-qualification experience (PQE). The role offers exposure to high-level litigation practice primarily before the Supreme Court of India and the Delhi High Court.

Eligibility Criteria:
(i) Law graduates with 1–5 years PQE.
(ii) Strong interest in litigation, research work, and drafting.
(iii) Ability to prepare pleadings, submissions and legal drafts independently.
(iv) Solid analytical, research and writing skills.
(v) Prior experience in Supreme Court/High Court litigation is an advantage.
Responsibilities:
- Drafting petitions, applications, written submissions and legal notes.
- Conducting in-depth legal research on complex issues.
- Assisting in case preparation and strategy.
- Court appearances and filing-related support when required.
- Engagement with matters before the Supreme Court and Delhi High Court.
