Genesis Legal is hiring a Legal Associate for its practice focused on Intellectual Property, Media & Entertainment Laws. The firm seeks a proactive, passionate lawyer eager to work on creative and commercial matters.
Position:
Legal Associate
Experience: 1–3 Years (preferred)
Employment Type: Full-time
Eligibility Criteria:
- 1–3 years’ experience in IP / Media & Entertainment law preferred.
- Strong interest in creative/commercial legal matters.
- Good drafting, research, and client-facing skills.
- Proactive attitude and ability to work independently and in teams.
Responsibilities:
- Handle IP filings, prosecution, and related advisory work.
- Draft and review agreements related to media, entertainment and commercial collaborations.
- Conduct legal research and prepare opinions.
- Support client interactions and deal execution in the creative space.
