Research Analyst / Energy Research (Full Time)

Eligibility Criteria:
- Strong academic grounding in Economics / Engineering / Public Policy / allied disciplines
- Comfort with data tools (Excel / R, Python / Stata)
- Good writing skills with the ability to simplify complex ideas into crisp insights
- Interest and curiosity in India’s evolving energy transition and policy landscape
Responsibilities:
- Build and analyse datasets related to power systems, EVs, charging infra, and grid integration
- Support policy research, write-ups, and presentations that inform real decisions
- Work with fellows on quantitative/qualitative studies and stakeholder interviews
- Convert research into charts, briefs, and public-facing explainers
