This role offers an excellent opportunity for lawyers with a strong background in contract drafting, negotiation, and review of client contracts to work on complex and high-value commercial agreements.
Key Responsibilities:
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating client and vendor contracts.
- Managing end-to-end contract lifecycle and ensuring compliance with legal and business policies.
- Collaborating with business teams and stakeholders on commercial and legal terms.
- Mitigating legal risks through precise contract management and documentation.
Eligibility Criteria:
- LLB or LLM from a recognized university.
- 5–10 years of relevant experience in contract management within the IT industry.
