Key Responsibilities
- Handle case files independently and manage end-to-end litigation processes
- Conduct in-depth legal research and prepare case strategies
- Draft pleadings, applications, and legal opinions
- Assist in court appearances and coordinate with clients
- Maintain accuracy, timeliness, and professionalism in all assigned matters
Mandatory Key Requirements
- Minimum 3 years of PQE in litigation
- Strong understanding of complex legal issues
- Excellent drafting and research skills
- Self-driven, sincere, and responsible attitude
- Ability to work independently and manage workload efficiently
