Position Details
- Open Roles: Associate / Senior Associate
- Experience: 3–5 Years Post Qualification Experience (PQE)
- Requirement: Prior law firm experience only
- Location: Mumbai (Candidates based in Mumbai are preferred)
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating real estate transaction documents
- Conducting title due diligence and preparing detailed title reports
- Advising clients on acquisitions, leases, licenses, joint ventures, and development projects
- Coordinating with clients and internal teams to ensure smooth transaction execution
Eligibility Criteria
- Law graduates with 3–5 years of experience in real estate and property law
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and client advisory skills
- Ability to handle end-to-end transaction management independently
