Foresight Law is inviting applications for two (2) Associate positions in its General & Commercial Litigation team at New Delhi. This is an excellent opportunity for young lawyers to work on a wide range of commercial and civil disputes before various courts and tribunals.
Position Details
- Position: Associate – General & Commercial Litigation
- Vacancies: 2
- PQE: 1–3 Years
- Location: New Delhi
Key Responsibilities
- Appear before the Delhi High Court (original side & appellate), District Courts, NCLT, NCLAT, and quasi-judicial bodies.
- Draft pleadings, applications, replies, and legal opinions.
- Handle writs, service matters, and contractual disputes.
- Assist in trial preparation, evidence, and case strategy.
- Conduct legal research and client briefings.
- Manage filings and coordinate with court staff and counsels.
Desired Candidate Profile
- 1–3 years of litigation experience before High Courts, Tribunals, and trial courts.
- Prior exposure to commercial disputes, service law, or corporate litigation.
- Strong drafting skills and prior experience in court appearances.
- Excellent legal research and communication abilities.
- Ability to manage multiple matters and work in a collaborative environment.
