About the Internship
Applications are open for a 1-month internship under the guidance of Advocate-on-Record, Mr. Sunil Kumar Verma, Supreme Court of India, New Delhi. With over 27 years of extensive experience in litigation and advisory practice before the Supreme Court of India, High Courts, District Courts, and National Tribunals, this internship offers law students an invaluable opportunity to gain practical insights into litigation.
Eligibility Criteria
- Students studying in 3rd year and onwards of a 5-year integrated LL.B. course.
- Excellent research and analytical skills.
- Ability to work both independently and collaboratively.
- Strong drafting and communication skills (verbal & written).
- Passion for litigation, legal research, and drafting.
Responsibilities
- Conducting legal research and drafting representations.
- Drafting legal documents and preparing case summaries.
- Contributing to ongoing projects and refining content on legal topics.
- Assisting in drafting and reviewing agreements.
- Collaborating with the legal team and providing research/administrative support.
