Position Details
- Position: Legal Manager
- Locations: Cochin & Bangalore
Key Responsibilities
- Handle litigation matters under the SARFAESI Act, Section 138 of the Negotiable Instruments Act, and Arbitration.
- Coordinate with external advocates and internal teams for timely resolution of cases.
- Draft legal notices, replies, and other litigation-related documents with accuracy.
Eligibility Criteria
- Law graduate with 3–4 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in litigation.
- Strong legal drafting and analytical skills.
- Prior experience in SARFAESI, NI Act, and arbitration matters will be preferred.
