About the Opportunity
Agragami Consulting is inviting applications for the position of Associate in its litigation team at New Delhi. The role provides an excellent opportunity to work on commercial and civil litigation and arbitration matters, offering exposure from litigation strategy to client representation across judicial forums.
Position
- Role: Associate – Litigation & Arbitration
- Location: New Delhi
- Experience Required: 2–4 years
- Budget: INR 35,000 – 40,000 per month
Eligibility Criteria
- 2–4 years of experience in commercial and civil litigation and arbitration matters.
- Strong legal knowledge and analytical abilities.
- Good interpersonal and communication skills.
- Passion for litigation and professional growth.
Responsibilities
- Work on end-to-end litigation strategies.
- Draft pleadings and legal documents.
- Appear before judicial forums.
- Support arbitration and commercial dispute resolution.
