Eligibility Criteria
- 3–5 years of experience in real estate transactions and advisory.
- Strong drafting, negotiation, and communication skills.
- Hands-on experience in title due diligence, land acquisition, and project documentation.
- Ability to work independently while managing client interactions.
- Prior law firm experience preferred.
