Position Details
- Role: Legal Counsel / Senior Legal Counsel
- Location: Gurgaon
- Experience: Minimum 4 years
- Qualification: LL.B. from a reputed institution
Key Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial and technology contracts
- Ensuring compliance with global data privacy and regulatory frameworks
- Supporting corporate governance and policy development
- Managing dispute resolution and coordinating with external counsel
Eligibility Criteria
- 4+ years of post-qualification experience
- Strong business acumen and excellent negotiation skills
- Proactive, detail-oriented, and adaptable to a tech-driven work environment
