Eligibility Criteria
- Graduates / Postgraduates / Freshers are welcome
- Must have excellent communication skills
- Ability to learn quickly and adapt
- Positive attitude and willingness to work in team environments
- Basic knowledge of recruitment (for HR roles preferred)
Key Skills Required
- Communication and interpersonal skills
- Understanding of chat support or admin processes
- Good typing speed and attention to detail
- Team coordination skills (for lead roles)
