Key Responsibilities
- Drafting, reviewing, and negotiating commercial and operational contracts
- Providing legal advisory for business support and manufacturing processes

- Collaborating with cross-functional teams on legal risk management
- Liaising with external counsel and legal authorities as needed
Eligibility Criteria
- Law degree (LL.B.) with 10–12 years PQE
- Proven experience in contract law and corporate legal advisory
- Prior work in manufacturing or allied industries preferred
- Strong legal drafting, negotiation, and stakeholder management skills
