1. Experienced Trademark Attorney
- Work Mode: Remote (first 3 months), then in-office (Mohali)
- Experience Required: Minimum 5+ years in trademark filings
- Preferred Experience: US Trademark application handling
- Key Skills: Strong client handling, procedural knowledge of TM filings
2. Freshers / Trainees (2 Positions)
- Eligibility: Recent law graduates with interest in US Trademark Law
- Experience: No prior experience required — training provided
- Work Mode: Remote (first 3 months), then office-based (Mohali)
- Ideal for: Candidates looking to start a career in cross-border Intellectual Property law
3. Legal Interns (2 Positions)
- Duration: Minimum 3 months
- Eligibility: Law students or recent graduates
- Interest Area: US Trademark Law / Intellectual Property
- Work Mode: Initially remote; later in-office (Mohali)
- Stipend: Paid as a lump sum post successful internship completion
