INTERNSHIP OPPORTUNITY AT UNIQUE IDENTIFICATION AUTHORITY OF INDIA (UIDAI)

The Unique Identification Authority of India (UIDAI) is inviting applications for its structured Internship Programme for 2025, designed to offer hands-on exposure in the fields of public administration, technology, law, governance, communication, and policy development. This internship is a unique opportunity for students and recent graduates to contribute to one of India’s most impactful digital identity initiatives.

Eligibility Criteria

Applicants must be Indian citizens with at least 60% marks (or 6.0 GPA) in all previous semesters. The internship is open to:

  • Graduate students (final/pre-final year in technical or non-technical fields)
  • Postgraduate students (final/pre-final year or 1st year PG after 2nd semester)
  • Fresh graduates/postgraduates (within 6 months of course completion)
  • PhD/Research scholars (must be enrolled with a recognized Indian institution and have a supervisor’s recommendation)

Internship Details

Key Guidelines

  • Interns must maintain strict confidentiality and professionalism
  • Must carry personal laptop
  • Accommodation and travel expenses are not provided (except limited paid hostel at Technology Centre, Bengaluru)
  • Certificate of internship will be provided upon successful completion
