Position
Associate – Litigation
This is a full-time, in-office position focused primarily on litigation matters. The selected associate will work closely with senior advocates and partners of the firm on ongoing cases, research, client meetings, and court appearances.
Location
Lajpat Nagar, New Delhi
The office is centrally located and well-connected by metro and other modes of transport.
Eligibility Criteria
- Must be a registered and enrolled advocate with any State Bar Council in India.
- Candidates who have recently enrolled (freshers) are also encouraged to apply.
- Good communication skills and command over English and legal drafting is a must.
- Basic knowledge of civil and criminal procedures, and court etiquette will be preferred.

Roles & Responsibilities
- Legal research and analysis on ongoing matters.
- Drafting of pleadings, notices, replies, legal opinions, and client memos.
- Assisting seniors in court appearances, hearings, and briefings.
- Preparing case files, maintaining records, and managing client interactions.
- Attending court proceedings regularly (Delhi District Courts, Delhi High Court, NCDRC, etc.).
