Internship Details
- Position: Assessment Intern – Corporate Law
- Location: Pratap Nagar, Jaipur (On-site)
- Mode: Full-time internship
- Eligibility: Final-year law students or recent law graduates
Key Areas of Exposure
Candidates should have prior exposure to or a strong interest in any of the following areas:
- Drafting and reviewing contracts (e.g., NDAs, vendor and shareholder agreements)
- Company incorporation and compliance (under the Companies Act, 2013)
- Legal due diligence for corporate transactions
- Mergers & Acquisitions, Private Equity, Startup Advisory (preferred)
- FEMA, FDI, SEBI guidelines (preferred but not mandatory)
- Legal research and opinion writing
