About the Office:
Mr. Gautam Singh is an experienced legal practitioner handling diverse matters in corporate litigation, civil and criminal litigation, and intellectual property rights (IPR). The internship provides an excellent opportunity for law students to gain hands-on experience under his guidance in a professional legal environment.
Internship Details:
- Position: Legal Intern
- Location: C-34, LGF, Babar Lane, Bengali Market, Todermal Road Area, Mandi House, New Delhi – 110001
- Duration: Minimum 1 month (extension possible based on performance)
- Internship Term: May and June 2025
- Mode: Physical (In-office)
Nature of Work:
- Legal research and case law analysis
- Drafting petitions, legal notices, and case briefs
- Attending court hearings and client meetings
- Exposure to litigation strategy across civil, criminal, and corporate matters
Eligibility Criteria:
- Open to law students (preferably in 3rd year or above) from recognized law schools
- Candidates must possess good research and drafting skills
- Strong motivation and eagerness to learn practical aspects of legal practice
