Nature of Work / Responsibilities
Selected interns will be expected to:
- Conduct legal research and prepare analytical notes and summaries
- Draft legal documents, case briefs, and representations
- Assist in drafting and reviewing agreements under supervision
- Contribute to the development and refinement of legal content
- Collaborate with the legal team on live matters and ongoing projects
- Support the team in administrative and coordination tasks
- Prepare comprehensive legal reports on assigned topics
Eligibility Criteria
- Students currently in the 3rd year or above of a 5-year integrated LL.B. program
- Strong research, drafting, and analytical skills
- Excellent communication and organizational abilities
- Ability to work both independently and within a team
- Basic understanding of corporate finance and legal compliance is desirable
