About the Organization
The Chamber of Advocate Sudipto Panda, based at the Calcutta High Court, is actively engaged in litigation and legal consultancy. The chamber provides an excellent platform for law students to gain hands-on experience in litigation, drafting, legal research, and client interaction.

Nature of Work / Responsibilities
Selected interns will be responsible for the following tasks:
- Conducting legal research and analysis
- Drafting legal documents and case summaries
- Preparing representations related to ongoing matters
- Assisting in the drafting and reviewing of agreements
- Contributing to legal content creation and refinement
- Supporting the legal team with administrative and research tasks
- Observing court proceedings and participating in client meetings
- Preparing detailed research reports and legal notes
Eligibility Criteria
- Students currently in the 3rd year or above of a 5-year integrated LL.B. program
- Strong legal research, writing, and analytical skills
- Effective communication and organizational abilities
- Capability to work both independently and in a team environment
- Basic understanding of corporate finance and compliance matters is desirable
