Mr. Chauhan, a Member of Parliament from Kheda, Gujarat, has served as the Minister of State for Communications of India and is associated with the Bharatiya Janata Party (BJP). About the Internship
This internship is designed for law students who wish to gain exposure to legislative drafting, legal research, and policy analysis. Interns will contribute to ongoing projects, assist in preparing legal documents and case summaries, and engage in research that supports policy and governance initiatives.
Eligibility
- Law students in their third year or beyond (for five-year integrated law courses).
- Strong research, writing, and analytical skills.
- Ability to work both independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Responsibilities
- Conducting legal research and drafting representations on policy issues.
- Assisting in legislative research, case analysis, and drafting of legal documents.
- Contributing to projects related to legal and policy reforms.
- Creating and refining content with a focus on legal and policy matters.
- Providing administrative and research support to the legal and policy teams.
- Assisting in drafting and reviewing agreements under the guidance of senior officials.
- Preparing comprehensive research reports and summaries on key legislative and legal topics.
