Position: Litigation Associate
Experience: 3–4 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE)
Location: Bangalore
Luthra & Luthra is seeking motivated and talented lawyers with a passion for litigation to join its Bangalore Litigation Team.
Eligibility Criteria
- Educational Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s Degree in Law (LL.B.) from a recognized university.
- Experience Requirements:
- 3–4 years of Post-Qualification Experience (PQE) in litigation.
- Hands-on experience in managing and handling cases before courts and tribunals.
- Skills and Attributes:
- Strong legal drafting and research skills.
- Effective communication and argumentation abilities.
- Capability to work in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
Roles and Responsibilities
The Litigation Associate will be responsible for:
- Representing clients before various courts, tribunals, and arbitration forums.
- Drafting and vetting pleadings, petitions, and legal documents.
- Conducting in-depth legal research to provide sound advice to clients.
- Managing case strategies and preparing briefs for senior counsel.
- Collaborating with the team on complex legal matters and ensuring timely deliverables.
