Adv. Muneeb Rashid Malik (Advocate, Supreme Court of India)

Sir is an Advocate practicing in the Hon’ble Supreme Court of India. He regularly appears before the Supreme Court of India, High Court of Delhi, Common High Court for Jammu, Kashmir and Ladakh, National Company Law Appellate Tribunal, National Consumer Disputes Redressal Commission, National Company Law Tribunals in matters related to Constitutional Law, Criminal Law, Civil Law, Arbitration Law, Consumer Law, Insolvency Law, etc. Sir has delivered lectures on various law subjects in law schools across the country. Sir has more than 100 Publications to his credit and he always writes on topical issues. Sir has worked as an Advocate at Luthra and Luthra Law Offices India. Sir has also attended many International and National Legal Conferences and Seminars. Sir has adjudicated numerous International and National Moot Court Competitions, Client Counselling Competitions, Negotiation Competitions, Mediation Competitions and Trial Advocacy Competitions. Sir is also an Advisory Board member of Jus Corpus.
