Legal Patra is an initiative taken by law students to provide a platform for all other law professionals to gather ideas and legal knowledge in one place. In furtherance, Legal Patra facilitates the transition of professionals from studying the theory to applying it.

ABOUT THE COURSE
The IBC certificate course is majorly divided into five modules and subsequently into sub-modules. Each module consists of a Part of the Code which covers the essential core of the practical application of the Code. Each module will be covered in two sessions which will be held on Friday and Saturday of each week for the duration of an hour. Interactive live sessions will be conducted with the Course Faculty Adv. Rajendra Beniwal sir. Recorded sessions will be shared with the registered participants. At the top of it, all PowerPoint Presentations and sample formats of legal documents will be sent as part of the drafting session.
The Modules have been divided according to the procedure conducted in live courts.
The course has been planned to be covered in a period of five weeks. However, if any extension is required for better cover-up then, the time period will be extended, as the case may be.
The sole objective of this course is to provide a better understanding of the Code to the upbringing future of our country. The IBC, 2016 was formulated with the objective to promote entrepreneurship, availability of credit, and balance of the liabilities. This Code affects the roots of the economy of India. It reorganizes the resolution process of partnership firms and individuals for the maximization of the value of assets. Thus, law professionals should have excellence in the new and trending sector of the law field.
Learning is a continuous process and a person associated with the legal domain is always learning. It is said that a lawyer is a law student throughout his life. So, They need to prepare themselves for every face-off so that they can contribute to society in a better manner. Hereby, we endeavor in doing so.
ISSUANCE OF CERTIFICATE
At the end of the course, each participant will be provided with the task to draft the legal document as taught accordingly in the course. You are required to complete the draft within 7 days after the completion of the course. The certificate will be awarded on the submission of the Draft Assignment.
