Eligibility and Experience
Experience: 1-2 years
Qualification: LLB: Understanding of the legal framework of financial institution.
About the role
This role is around reviewing the Legal process from collection respective. Doing end-to-end process analysis from compliance and KPI standpoint of internal processes and legal partners (Law Firms). This role will involve travel across India and auditing law firms so the person must be open to travel.
Job Location: Jaipur
Roles and Responsibilities
- Handling Title Investigation and Due Diligence of property mortgaged as security/ collateral with the Bank for various products
- Handling regulatory Audit and Inspection.
- Auditing the legal partners
- Handling Litigations and Arbitration Proceedings
- Handling Civil and Criminal matters filed before various courts and Arbitration Tribunals
- Visiting law firms and
- Having a basic understanding of banking and finance laws
Role Demands: Good understanding of banking and finance laws mainly the Sarfaesi Act and NI Act.
