- Senior Associate – Customs Litigation – New Delhi
- CA or LLB from a known Law School with a strong academic track record.
Excellent communication skills (written and verbal in English) and a well-rounded personality.
3-5 years in Indirect tax in:
The field of litigation/advisory
Preparing legal opinions on various issues (required)
Preparing reply to Show cause notice (required)
Meeting with the tax officers for assessments (required)
Preparing tax appeals to be filed at the Commissioner (Appeals) and Tribunal – Required
Preparing tax appeals to be filed at the Court (i.e., High Court / Supreme Court) – Preferred
