I am an independent law practitioner with more than 7 years of experience and a variety of work in areas of civil, criminal, MSME, arbitration, and matrimonial laws. I have worked in district courts and tribunals of Delhi/NCR, Delhi High Court as well as Supreme Court of India.
ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP
Roles and Responsibilities:
Selected intern’s day-to-day responsibilities include:
- Drafting legal notices, petitions, written statements, appeals, complaints, etc.
- Filing petitions and claims online/offline
- Making an appearance in courts and other forums for taking pass-overs
Eligibility: Any student from law school pursuing 3 or 5 year law course is eligible to apply.
Mode of Internship: Physical (offline)
Location: New Delhi, India
Duration: 1 Month.
Perks: Certificate of appreciation will be given after completion of the Internship.
Stipend: 2,000 /month + Incentives.
