ABOUT THE ORGANIZATION
SharpSettle is an Online Dispute Resolution [“ODR”] Platform which aims to bring together a plethora of sharp legal minds namely lawyers and legal professionals like Arbitrators, Mediators and Negotiators who can provide their services online to Clients on the platform. Clients or Users of SharpSettle can simply resolve their disputes by way of Alternative Dispute Resolution [“ADR”] viz. mainly Arbitration, Mediation and Negotiation ONLINE without having to face the hassles of Court Visits, Lawyer Visits, Venue Bookings for ADR proceedings etc. Apart from being the apex online directory of stellar ADR professionals, SharpSettle will also be the apex directory of all lawyers who may be willing to provide their services in field of ADR Online on the platform. This way, Clients/Users of SharpSettle will find the platform to be a one stop solution for resolution of disputes.
ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP
Interns will be required to work remotely/virtually, and the duration of the internship shall be for at least one month. Law students presently studying in third, fourth and fifth years are eligible to apply.
