Advocate based in Patna (Bihar). I practice and appear before Patna High Court, District Court, Subordinate Civil Courts, Debt Recovery Tribunal, Bihar Land Tribunal, Central Administrative Tribunal, Revenue Courts, Consumer Forums and other Executive Courts.Engagement – Legal Counsel of Asian City Hospital, Patna (a unit of Blue Sapphire Healthcare Pvt. Ltd) and Innovegic Business Solutions, Thane (Maharashtra).Commercial Clients- Appeared and drafted cases for Kirloskar Brothers, Jindal Infrastructure, Tata Projects, Keller Group, Supreme Enterprises, Capacite, A2Z Group, Deora Electrical, etc.Simultaneous to litigation, I have keen interest in academics and for keeping my enthusiasm robust, I teach at law institutes as “Visiting Faculty”.
Prior before pursuing the dream of litigation in my home state “Bihar”, I was working as an in house counsel for Italian Multi-National Company Piaggio Vehicles Pvt. Ltd. at Pune.I am an ardent learner and have keen interest in legal research and enjoy appearing before the courts and arguing with an open mind. Nothing satisfies more, other than a self satisfaction of argument before the court.I completed my Graduation and Masters in Law (focused in International Law and Legal Studies) from Bharati Vidyapeeth University, Pune.
About THE Internship
My chamber would like to offer internship opportunity to law students looking forward to work in Patna (Bihar). Timings – 5pm to 7:30pm (Monday-Thursday) 9am to 1pm (Sunday) *Friday and Saturday are generally off and the interns can be given research oriented work (virtual mode). All working days except Friday and Saturday requires mandatory physical presence.
