Advocate Gayan Seethi is the founder of Legal Cohorts. The Legal Cohorts is yearning and craving to serve as a dominant pillar to such business fraternity in the odyssey of their growth in the areas pertinent to Company Law, CCI, M & A/PE/VC (covering the entire legal thread inter alia DDRs), Direct Taxes, SEBI falling within the jurisdiction of NCLT, NCLAT, Drt, DrAT, ITAT, SEBI & SAT.
ABOUT THE OPPORTUNITY
The interns are supposed to do Corporate Advisory, Drafting, Court Visit, etc. in the course of their internship program.
ELIGIBILITY
Law students in the final year of their college are eligible to apply for the internship.
