ABOUT THE INTERNSHIP
We’re delighted to announce that we are actively on the lookout for a talented Assessment Legal Intern to become a part of our flourishing team at Bharat Dispute Resolution (BDR). Position: Assessment Legal Intern
RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assisting Neutrals and stakeholders in efficiently resolving online disputes.
- Enhancing communication among stakeholders, spotlighting the platform’s functionality and the perks of Online Dispute Resolution (ODR) when needed.
- Delivering Conciliation services guided by BDR’s prescribed guidelines and training modules.
- Active involvement in client communication and business development meetings.
- Engaging in drafting and research tasks within the ADR and insolvency domains, under the guidance of our seasoned team.
- Partaking in high-stakes deals within the nsolvency domain.
- Addressing compliance matters for LLP, Pvt ltd companies, and NBFCs.
- Contributing to strategic initiatives and novel projects, including Government projects.
